How long until my order ships?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that. Preorder collections (Bay Days and Rock the Park) ship on their own schedule — see the questions below.
When will my Bay Days preorder ship?
Bay Days orders are taken until June 26 and ship by July 9. Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days from when your order ships.
If you choose pickup, your item(s) will be available to pick up during Bay Days, at the Mariner Robotics tent near the Bay Days booth.
Proceeds benefit the Mariner Robotics team
When will my Rock the Park preorder ship?
Rock the Park orders are taken until June 19 and ship by July 3. Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days from when your order ships.
If you choose pickup: Merhar's Ace Hardware (during store hours, beginning July 1).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email jessica@shoparea61.com and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes — for festivals, events, and group apparel. Reach out through the contact page with your details and we'll get back to you with options.
How does sizing work?
Sizing matches standard US adult sizing Size charts provided on product pages when available.
